The rest of the house has a lounge and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes Sub-Zero appliances. There is Cable TV and VCRs throughout the home as well as a multi-room sound system, which includes XM satellite radio. Other facilities are a washer and dryer, fireplace, skylights, a garage and a monitored security system.
East Hampton House comes complete with a large wooden deck and 22'x44' oversized heated pool.
