Keuka Cottage

The Keuka Cottage was built in 2004 and its floor area is 1460 square feet. The cottages exterior is built with brick walls while its frame is of timber. It is built in a superb area and offers lovely views of the Seneca Lake and rural views. This is truly a home away from home with all the comforts.

Accommodation at Keuka Cottage consists of:

There are three bedrooms, one bedroom offers a king sized bed(upstairs), another offers a queen sized bed (downstairs) and the third offers twin beds (downstairs). There is a pull out sofa bed available for an extra two guests. There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower,basin, toilet, grab rails for the handicapped and the upstairs bathroom consists of a bath tub and overhead shower.

The Keuka Cottage is equipped with laundry and ironing facilities in the basement, central heating throughout, air-conditioning, a lovely fireplace for those cold evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, linen, sheets and towels, a TV, VCR, DVD, a telephone, internet access, a mini hi-fi system,coffee/tea making facilities, a hairdryer in case you forgot yours, oscillating electric fans in each of the rooms, secure parking for two to three vehicles, barbecue facilities, patio furniture . Children are welcome and will enjoy the lovely garden surrounding the cottage.

There is a fantastic golf course near the Keuka Cottage for those who enjoy a great game of golf. For the young and old there is horse riding which is great fun for everyone. The lake offers plenty of water sports and fishing for the keen fishermen. If you enjoy your wine there is a wine tour in the area. And there is a lovely woodland trial on the property and just fifteen minutes away in Geneva is the Seneca Lake walking trail.
